Smoun Chantol

Chantol is a very well mannered boy who is always prepared to help fellow orphans.
Due to his age and matureness a lot of the orphans come to him for advice, he also 
leads the morning and evening prayers. He is exceptionally smart and his devotion to learning is remarkable, at one occasion we even found him studying during one of the parties organized for the children.




Meas Zandy

Zandy is a very outgoing and playful teenager, he is well behaved and well liked.
He loves sports and being outdoors. Whenever the orphans have free time, he dominates the volleyball court. At his young age he seems to realize that he is quite lucky to be at SCD.When interacting with elders he is always respectful and friendly. Zandy is still undecided on what he wants to study.

 



Sok Samart

Samart is very mature for her age. If there is one girl at the orphanage which has her morals and values set in stone than it must be her, she wouldn't hurt a fly. Due to these personal qualities a lot of the girls look up to her. She is a bright girl and we know that if given the chance of an education, she will succeed in life. She wants to be an English teacher.



Chhum Ontouch

Ontouch is a very kind and helpful teenager, she is always ready to help out the younger orphans. She is very well liked at the orphanage. Ontouch is very fond of learning and is always in the best of moods. She wants to pursue a career as a nurse.

Sor Srey Meas

Srey Meas and Ontouch are two peas in a pod, they are inseparable. Although a little shy she is very friendly and is always smiling. Her dream is to help disadvantaged people just like she was once disadvantaged. Just like Ontouch, she wants to become a nurse.
